1. Data Isolation & Tenant Privacy
AI Social Manager is engineered with strict multi-tenant database isolation. Your Brand Brain, scheduled content, analytics snapshots, and team credentials belong exclusively to your organization workspace. Organization data is never shared across workspaces, sold to third parties, or used to train global external AI models.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, and encrypted authentication credentials.
- Brand Context: Tone of voice, target audience, content pillars, and language preferences.
- Social Connections: OAuth tokens stored in our encrypted token vault for publishing and performance telemetry.
- Billing Records: Transaction references and subscription tier statuses via authorized gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave). We never store raw debit/credit card numbers.
3. Human Review & Content Safety
All drafts prepared by Yakubu Ishaku remain in Draft status until explicitly reviewed and approved by an authorized member of your team. Autonomous posting without your prior consent is strictly prohibited by our system architecture.
4. Contact & Data Rights
