1. The Service
AI Social Manager provides an AI-powered social media management platform featuring our canonical digital employee,Yakubu Ishaku. The service enables organizations to draft, schedule, review, publish, and analyze social media content across supported third-party platforms.
2. User Responsibilities & Human Review
You are responsible for all content published through your connected social accounts. While Yakubu Ishaku assists with creative copy and localized translations, human review is mandatory before publication. You agree not to use the platform to generate unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
3. Subscription Plans & Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring cycle according to the selected tier (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Payments are processed securely via registered gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave). Plan quotas (monthly posts, AI generations, connected channels) are strictly enforced at the server level.
4. Termination & Workspace Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Workspace Billing settings. Upon cancellation, your workspace retains access until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it transitions to the Free tier.
